Our movement break activities are a resource which can be used in many settings. They are most suited to managing adfærd and sensory regulation. These can be used as part of a Sensory Diet, or just as something to be used as and when needed. The filters can be used to narrow down appropriate activities based on location, how long the activity takes and whether equipment is needed.

Walk on Tiptoes
Walk on tiptoes for 30 seconds
Twist Stretch
Bend one knee and cross it over the other leg, twist the upper body towards the bent knee and hold for 30 seconds on each side
High Knees
Touch your knee to the opposite elbow and back down on both sides for 30 seconds
Squat Jump
Bend your knees to a squat and then jump up
Chair Aerobics
Do aerobic exercises using a chair for 1 minute
Hop
Hop on the spot or play a hopping game like hopscotch for 30 seconds
Side Stretch
Stretch your arm down your side towards your toes for 30 seconds on each side
